The plan in five points
- One design the whole way. Growing means adding capacity, not rebuilding.
- The app stays on Vercel; AWS runs everything behind the scenes — the job queue, the workers next to the database, and the AI servers.
- Our own AI. The assistant runs on Ollama, on GPU servers we control. No store or employee data ever goes to an outside AI company.
- Every big chain gets its own database. Chains can never slow each other down, and each one's data is completely separate.
- Dashboards read pre-built summaries, so a 3,000-store overview loads in about a second.
